The 95-TMMS
2.0 Micro head-end A/V modulators will accept base band audio & video signals and provide a modulated RF carrier output on any VHF/UHF or CATV channel up to ch. 125
(from 54MHz to 750Mhz). The modulator accepts the standard
polarity video at a 0.7 ~ 2.5 Vp-p level from video sources such as a TV
Camera, VCR, TV Modulators, or satellite receiver.
The unit provides high quality video,
color, and sound signals on any unused channel within a closed circuit
MATV, SMATV, or CATV system.
The 95-TMMS2.0 features a +105 dBuV RF output
level, built video AGC and optimum vestigial sideband selectivity for
adjacent channel operation. Level controls located on Front panel.

And thus, controls the A/V ratio.
