Can I pickup my order locally or at your warehouse?
We only have one local pickup location at 2747 Westbelt Dr., Columbus, OH 43228, USA. See our pickup hours at the bottom of the page. In the shopping cart shipment preference, do not select "Pickup at location" unless you intend to come to our warehouse address and pick it up. Most shipments have signature requirement by default.
Billing address that you enter in the shopping cart must match with the address on file at the customer’s credit card issuing bank. If not, your credit card transaction will be declined.
Delivery to APO/FPO addresses is via USPS Mail.
Other shipping methods (i.e. UPS, next day air, 2 day, 3 days select) are also available upon request for an extra premium.
Bulk or large wholesale orders are shipped with common carriers.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive after submitting your order & payment.
