Remember to turn your receiver OFF (using the Power OFF/ON switch) and disconnected from power before connecting or disconnecting a switch.  Damage to switch as a result of connection to a powered receiver will void your warranty.  Switch is guaranteed not to be DOA (Dead on arrival.   See return policy about switches.
